Domain services extend past registration. NameJet and SnapNames are domain auction marketplaces that handle millions in expired domain sales annually. Across December 2025 and January 2026, the two platforms combined to sell over 240 domains at $2,000 or more, totaling nearly $1.4 million in high-value transactions.
Operations run through two divisions. The Network Solutions Group covers the domain-focused brands: Network Solutions, Register.com, Domain.com, and MarkMonitor until its recent sale. The Bluehost Group, led by CEO Sachin Puri, covers hosting brands and AI-driven website building tools.
Recent moves point to consolidation around core brands. In late 2025 Newfold Digital sold MarkMonitor, an enterprise-level domain management and brand protection service, to Com Laude in order to concentrate investment on Network Solutions and Bluehost. Web.com was integrated into Network Solutions in June 2025.
The company is backed by private equity firm Clearlake Capital Group, with a portfolio spanning hosting, domain registration, website building tools, and domain auctions.
