DNS Checker is a DNS lookup and propagation checking tool. The site does not host user-uploaded content. 5. Counter-Notification
If you believe that material you posted was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original DMCA notice.
6. Repeat Infringers
DNS Checker takes copyright violations seriously. In appropriate circumstances, access may be terminated or restrict access for users or parties who are repeat infringers.
7. Fair Use
Before submitting a DMCA notice, please consider whether the use of the copyrighted material falls under fair use or another exception under copyright law. Misrepresentation of a claim — whether intentional or not — may result in liability.
