Efty BV

Efty BV is a Dutch software company built for the domain name aftermarket. Founded in 2013 by Doron Vermaat and Lionel Petitiaux, its main product, Efty Investor, is a subscription platform where domain investors catalogue a portfolio, record acquisition costs and sales, and publish for-sale landing pages for individual names. Those pages are SSL-secured, configurable as make-an-offer, buy-it-now, or contact form, and served on the investor's own domain rather than a shared marketplace URL.

Two other pieces sit alongside the portfolio tool. Efty launched a public marketplace in 2020 that aggregates subscriber inventory into a single searchable catalogue and takes a commission on sales originating there. Efty Pay handles the money side, processing premium domain transactions for a per-transaction fee.

Those names belong to the investors subscribing to the platform, not to Efty itself, so the figure tracks how much third-party inventory sits on Efty landers at a given snapshot rather than any company-owned portfolio.
